要旨：
海南日晒制盐“活化石”即“海南日晒盐工艺技术”,是“洋浦古盐田”千年生产实践积淀的经验总结,通过实地调研和访谈传承人再现其工艺流程和技术细节。莺歌海盐场继承传统工艺,经过60 多年艰苦实验、摸索创新,逐步形成了自己的技术理论体系、科研和营销团队。文章依据第一手资料。 回顾从日本侵略者蓄谋开发到国民党的泡影计划, 再到中国共产党领导下建成华南最大盐场,以及经济体制改革后衰落、励精图治改制为国有独资公司与央企合作转型升级的艰辛历程,简述日晒盐技术的工艺创新及贡献,并讨论新时代下盐企科技创新发展,以及盐文化发展的现状和建设路径及前景。
Abstract：
The “living fossil” of Hainan sun salt is “Hainan sun salt technology”, which is a summary of the experience of the production practice of “Yangpu ancient Salt Field”. Through field research and interviews with the inheritors, the process and technical details are reproduced. Yingge Haiyan Farm inherits the traditional technology, after more than 60 years of hard experiment, exploration and innovation, has gradually formed its own technical theoretical system, scientific research and marketing team. Article on the basis of first-hand information, review from the Japanese invaders planning development to the kuomintang, to built under the leadership of the communist party of China, south China’s largest salt farm, and the economic system reform, hard restructuring for state-owned company cooperation transformation and upgrading of hard process, sun salt, technology innovation and contribution, and discuss the new era of salt enterprise science and technology innovation and development, and the present situation of salt culture development and construction path and prospects.
