要旨：
放血疗法是一种古老的疾病治疗方法,曾经在世界范围内使用。中国传统医学的放血疗法又称 “针刺放血疗法”,是使用三棱针、粗毫针或小尖刀刺破或划破人体特定的穴位浅表脉络,放出少量血液,来外泄内蕴之热毒,达到治疗疾病的一种方法。本文记录传统放血疗法在脸腺炎和偏头疼治疗上的案例,探讨传统放血疗法在现代治疗的有效应用问题。
Abstract：
Bloodletting therapy is an ancient disease treatment that was once used worldwide. The bloodletting therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, also known as “acupuncture bloodletting therapy”, is a method of using needles, or small sharp knives to puncture or cut the superficial vein of a specific acupoint in the human body, releasing a small amount of blood to release the heat poison contained in it and achieve the treatment of diseases. This article records the cases of traditional bloodletting therapy in the treatment of hordeolum and migraine, and discusses the effective application of traditional bloodletting therapy in modern treatment.
