要旨：
アクションラーニングという学習手法について、その原点と展開の経緯を先行文献レビューとともに探求する。アクションラーニングは、チームによる現実の課題解決というフォーマットを持ち、約80年にわたって多くの組織で導入されてきた実践的な手法である。
その原理と歴史、特に組織に展開するプログラムに焦点をあて、先行文献をレビューとともに紹介する。 アクションラーニングが、時代とともにどのように展開されてきたか時系列的文脈で言及する。多面的展開をみせるアクションラーングを理解するためには、歴史的パースペクティブでみることが必要である。
Abstract：
This paper explores the learning method of action learning, its origins and development with a review of the prior literature. Action learning is a practical method that has been implemented in many organizations for about 80 years, with a format of real-world problem solving by teams. Its principles and history, with a particular focus on programs deployed in organizations, will be explored with a review of prior literature. The chronological context of how action learning has evolved over time will be discussed. In order to understand the multifaceted development of action learning, it is necessary to look at it from a historical perspective.
