要旨：
本研究では、先行文献をもとに、教育の歴史とそのパラダイムシフトを考察し、21世紀における2つの重要な変化とシフトを抽出した。第一のシフトは、技術革新とグローバル化が進展する現代において、特定の技能の習得だけでなく、新しい知識を創造的に応用できる汎用的な能力の開発が求められていること。第二は、教育は個人の成長を超えて、社会全体を機能させるために不可欠な要素として認識されるようになったことである。 この文脈の中で、探求学習と起業家教育の融合が、個人として、またよりよい社会をつくり、生きるために必要とされる能力を効果的に育成するための重要な手法として注目されている。特に、在来知を取り入れたエコシステムを構築することにより、地域社会と連携した教育が、 学生の21世紀型スキルの育成に大きな役割を果たすことが示唆された。
Abstract：
In this study, we examined the history of education, and its paradigm shifts based on previous literature, identifying two significant changes in the 21st century. First, in the modern era of technological innovation and globalization, there is a need to develop not only specific skills but also general abilities that allow people to creatively apply new knowledge. The second is that education shift Tion is increasingly seen as a vital component of a functioning society, extending beyond the growth and development of the individual. In this context, the integration of inquiry-based learning and entrepreneurship education has been identified as a significant approach for effectively cultivating the skills necessary for the creation and maintenance of a better society. In particular, it was. proposed that education in collaboration with local communities, through the establishment of an ecosystem that incorporates traditional knowledge, plays a pivotal role in the cultivation of 21st-century skills in students.
